Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I should be allowed to freely post on next door app of Michigan as they call themselves social network!! With out being put on the read only mode!! Resolution Sought To be allowed to freely post again!!! Otherwise they should not call them selves a social network!! And should be removed as a social network !thanks

I have filed a complaint and still am receiving daily Emails that I requested UNSUBSCRIBE to. They have responded that they would consider my request,but NO Action. Resolution Sought UNSUBSCRIBE as,requested and STOP all mailings and emails!!
