On 20June an appraiser was suppose to inspect my vehicle between the hours of 1130-1230. At 1200 I contacted Nexterra because I had not heard from my appraiser to confirm the appointment or anything. They reached out to him and he stated that he was still coming but he was running late. At 1530 I reached to Nexterra again because I had still not heard from the appraiser. They attempted to reach out them him but was unable to reach him. Nexterra stated they told him to call me to give me update and told me to call them back if I have not heard from him. At 1745 I reached back out to Nexterra and again they were unable to reach the appraiser but stated that sometimes the appraiser inspects the vehicle without the owner but they wouldn't be able to see if he uploaded anything to the claim until the next morning. On 21JUN I call Nexterra at 0800 . They contacted the appraiser and they stated the appraiser had inspected the vehicle. However I explained to them that my car is one of many in a hotel parking lot and that I doubt he actually inspected my vehicle. They reached out to him again and it was realized that he inspected the wrong vehicle. The appraiser was then suppose to contact me to schedule a new appraisal date. At 1700, I called Nexterra ,they were unable to give me any update and I still do not have a date or time for my inspection. Resolution Sought I want the inspection to be completed on the vehicle with the appropriate repairs completed.
