Took my car in about a month ago had it worked on filed a claim with my extended warranty. Everything was fine. It was a pretty high claim so they had to send an inspector. It took 3 days to inspect but it ended up being almost 2 weeks before I heard anything. Got my car back after it was fixed with the extended warranty. Had to pay an extra $100 for spark plugs and then on top of it got my car back and didn't even have it 12 hours and the check engine light came on for the same problem. Took it back to them. They told me. Don't worry you won't have to pay another deductible. We'll take care of it. We got you. They try to make another claim with the extended warranty. They said no. The claim that they already processed was too high. They would cover $300. This isn't my fault that they did not correct the issue on the car the first time. I think the car dealership needs to handle the problem and take care of it out of pocket. It's not my problem. I drive the car. I take it there. I paid what I needed to pay and I think it's on them to have to cover the rest. Resolution Sought I want them to cover the cost and the labor on my vehicle considering they were supposed to fix my car the first time for this problem that I took it to them originally. They also waited a whole week to notify the claims department in the extended warranty that the car was back. It was their problem. They didn't fix it the first time because they were being lazy.

This customer did not purchase their vehicle or warranty from us. We simply serviced it. From what I understand we already discounted the repair and had to absorb costs ourselves to help out the customer.
