The above company contracted "Pearson " (Byfield) to install a new septic system for Pine Tree Estates Condominium. This time, contrary to previous occasions the control box was left in the open exposed to vandalism, unlocked, few feet from the edge of the parking lot where children play and prone to accidents and dangerously close to plow removal operations. In addition we have Condominium regulations to preserve the outside integrity of the grounds and buildings. The box is ugly, out of place and it may not meet the safety requirements. It seems as if Pearson underestimated the job and found the choice of this location the easiest and fastest way to cut their losses without consulting with the condo owners. Resolution Sought Remove the box out of site. Make sure it is not in the middle of our lawn. Pearson should explain why the control box should be out in the open and why precisely in that location. ( There is a locked room in the building precisely to install control boxes an registers of any kind witch I personally showed them when asked. The previous box was installed on an owners basement)
