Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I received a call from this company and I told them I was not interested in their services and do place me on the do not call list, the agent was rude and disrespectful, and persistent. I kept telling them to not call me and ended the call. When I was working with my current lender, they stated that this company run my credit and interrupted my process I am currently in. My credit was ran on 1/14/26, causing a halt for a brief moment and I had to write a letter stating I was not financing with this company. I clearly stated on the call that I was not interested! Resolution Sought To remove off my credit and to place me on the do not call list
