The Seller has refused to send me the products I ordered (180 candles) that i payed for in advance. not knowing i was dealing with a scammer. She reached out to me 08/11/2022 and prayed on me and took my hard earned money and now refuses to supply products or a refund money. The seller has lied since day one. There were never any candles being made as she has not been able to produce them. I have reached out to the seller on several occasions to get a delivery date and it was always an excuse 09/15; 09/21; 09/27. When asked for a refund after excuse after excuse she has stated the refund was sent on 10/4 would arrive by 10/12. then changed from to 10/21. today is 10/31 and still no refund. this seller is a scammer taking advantage of the small business person. I do not feel at this time she will or ever intended to send the products or the funds. I am asking to be made whole. Resolution Sought To be made whole. Refund the $910.00.

This is not true and many complaints have been closed due to her lies her candles are shipped to her if she chooses to refuse delivery that's her problem as I have her texts to prove that.

Please ask the seller to provide a refused shipment documentation. She keeps talking about if i refuse delivery. She has not made an attempt to send the product since 08/2022. and lied about sending refund. Or please request a tracking number showing she ever sent or attempted to send products. She sent me a bogus refund status which I provided to you. she is a scammer. she reached out to me with an offer that was to good to be true. and it was. The complaint filed was thru the BBB and it reads as follows: Dear Jillian Benjamin: This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 10/24/2022 against NIAGARA WAX WORKS CANDLE CO. Your complaint was assigned ID 18305690. Recently, we received additional comments submitted by you and requested an updated response from NIAGARA WAX WORKS CANDLE CO. As we do not feel the company's response adequately addressed the complaint issues, we have closed this case as "unresolved" and it will appear as such in the business's BBB Business Profile. This may also result in a negative change to the company's BBB rating. Please let us know if the company has been in contact with you directly to resolve your concerns.

Company states; Never once scammed this lady as I have dealt with her in the past she bought products before. I never said she refuses delivery once I said her products will go to her if she refuses them nothing more I can do! She has bought plenty of candles in the past and got them. I will no longer deal with her or this her products will be on there way!
