My ID account KiroRemo was permanently deleted because of third party apps. I have submitted multiple ban appeal but they never given me the chance to unban my account. I told them that I used my account on a refurbished phone for not knowing what apps inside the said iPhone that contains third party apps that violated me from their game because of their rules. It was a mistake and there is no act to hurt your their fair play policy. I have not used any third party apps or any developer settings to modify this game or gameplay. Resolution Sought To give me the chance to play again with my user ID: and lift the ban as soon as possible.

Event didn't load the branch choice the. Gaslight me in saying I should had play during said event. Won't refund me. Won't make the event complete. Resolution Sought Refund or make I had completed the event.
