I purchased a vehicle in November of 2023 from Nice Auto. Before purchasing the vehicle, I ensured the paperwork detailed what would be fixed. Brakes and rotor, sunroof, and the light on the inside of the vehicle. He tried to lie and say it was fixed after having it for 3 weeks but it wasn't. Once he knew I knew it wasn't fixed he, Derek said to take it to Blaine's in Jackson. He gave me the run around on that as well. As far as the light, Derek had someone to fix it but they tore up the inside of the panel doing so. I've had to go back and forth to the establishment to try and get this handled. Even sent messages with all parties. No response. Went to Gleason where I was instructed to go for brakes and rotors, and I was turned away because Landon nor Derek agreed to handle it. Landon stated Derek only sell his cars at Nice Autos. I stated the paperwork says Nice Autos not Derek. So now I'm stuck with a shaking car, need pistons, valves, and etc changed already and it's been only 3 months of me having the car. I have been nothing but patient and nice. I want them to pay for what they agreed to take care of on the initial purchase of the car. They're selling cars and not upholding to their end of the bargain. I work too hard as a single parent to keep spending money on things the owner said they'd fix and it's in writing as well as reimburse my funds for the free fill up that never happened. As well as the $100 to cover a year expenses of the car note! Resolution Sought Fix the car. Pay Gleason Brakes and Tires to put on new brakes and rotors. Detail the car as promised Fix the light on the driver side(panel as well) Fill up the car as promised for doing the survey online as well as waiting on my car but when it was delivered to my job the car had no gas. Honestly, I'd rather give them the car back.
