I ordered 2 caps from your company in the order photos on the computer they look like great lettering, I received them and to my dismay the lettering and logos are not of quality your company should be proud of selling, they can not be seen unless you get up close. One of the caps was # 58479 red and the other is a gray with the same lettering as the other cap. What a joke to sell these to Veterans. I will never buy anything from your company and definitely not promote the caps. Resolution Sought I would like these caps again if you will make the logos and writing more legible. If not please refund and give me a return coupon to send them back.

I ordered two pairs of Navy boots and 1 pair of Army boots. When the order arrived the Navy rank insignias were upside down. I contacted the company and sent photos along with requesting a larger size in the Army boot. They agreed they made a mistake and send the corrected product. Well that never happened. It's been over 2 months now and I have been in contact with them prior to submitting this claim but again empty promises were made. I still do not have the corrected product d Resolution Sought Send the corrected products to me
