Technician came out on Jan. 20, 2021 to repair an ice maker on my Kenmore refrigerator. The first tech was fired he didn't fix it. I called and called the owner finally came out, took the parts that may have been bad, and never returned. I keep calling I get no response. I have left messages but unable to contact him. I called Sears the maker of my refrigerator they want $400 to repair the damage this company did to my ice maker. They took all the parts. And I was told I need a plumber to reconnect the water line all the fittings are missing. Resolution Sought I want to be reimbursed, so I can get my ice maker fixed properly or they need to come out immediately and resolve the problem.
