I did not receive a bill from nicor this month. It usually arrives around the 20th of every month. I cannot talk to any human to ask them to send me a bill. I must have a hard copy for my records. The have endless menus that lead nowhere. They even say "Say Emergency" if you have a gas leak". I tried that and it got me nowhere. This is very very dangerous if they cannot be reached in emergency Resolution Sought Repair their system so they can receive emergency reports. Lives could be lost. That is a very big emergency. Also allow customers to get statements if the do not.
