I ordered 4 items from the vendor 2 hanging baskets, 1 summer wreath, 1 bourbon barrel shelf. I did not receive the baskets or wreath (received literal garbage/defective items instead) and shelf item received was not anything like the photo and description on website. The "shelf" that I received was particle board with paper overlay meant to look like bourbon barrel (product described and picture was actual bourbon barrel wood, metal staves), capable of holding 7 bottle of bourbon. What I received couldn't hold an empty water bottle. There were no metal holders (instead it was some sort of felt strap). The product was completely misrepresented and should be considered fraud. The vendor initially offered a 15 refund and I could keep everything, however I asked to either receive what I ordered (and looking like what was advertised on the website, or I wanted a full refund). The vendor required that I pay shipping to return received/broken items before I could receive a refund and provided a China shipping return address (not address shown on website). When I asked for a shipping label to return defective/incorrect items, the vendor stopped all communication (I have followed up 3 additional times since then with no response). Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the merchandise I ordered but did not receive and received but was grossly mis-represented on the website. I'm happy to return the defective products to them if they pay for the return shipping. Regarding the rating of the business, I would rate them -5 stars for the product accuracy and quality as well as their severe lack of customer service.
