Need to clean up the bar

Every time I go there people are smoking marijuana outside the bar I told the owners and they do nothing about it and you call the police and they do nothing about it either I always see dirty trash in beer cans outside the bar I stopped going there because of that and there's people always trying to start fights I understand it's a bar and that's how people are because of drinking alcohol well I will never go back there again because of those reasons I'm afraid to do this complaint because because I'm afraid the owners will start trouble with me.
