I purchased shoes from Nike and they started to squeak after six months I continue to wear them until I went to a Nike store and was told I could take advantage of a warranty I called into Nike to do the warranty program someone assisted me with filling out the link I think I sent in my shoes to be replaced instead of sending my shoes back replaced. They kept them and recycled them and I was out of my money for the shoes that I paid the money that I paid for the shipping and my shoes they were still wearable. They just made a noise I never ever want to tell anyone I wanted to recycle my shoes now I am out of my money and my shoes and Nike will not do anything. Resolution Sought I would like my shoes replaced or a refund.

I ordered a shoe from Nike a very limited shoe. I've been ordering shoes from Nike for about seven years off the sneakers app., Well today I ordered a shoe that got canceled, the reason for the cancellation, the Nike representative told me was they needed to verify my account. I had just purchased a pair of shoes from that account two days prior and everything was fine. I have been purchasing shoes on that account for seven years no problem they did not give me any definitive answers why the shoes was canceled. It is a very limited shoe and very special to me. All I got was the runaround and textbook answers from people who I spoke to could. someone from the BBC get better answer. Then runaround answers that I was told they also wanted to know if my name was the same on my card and my name on my card read Taron L Johnson it was the same as it was on the card. The card I used was an American Express. Resolution Sought I would like to see if the BBC could get me the shoe that I ordered paid for and then it was canceled.
