My son saved up his money and bought a Nintendo switch for $99.99 on June 2nd (I have a saved email with all this information as well like a digital receipt.) On the website it says "processing" takes one to two business days. I emailed the company to inquire as why the order was still "processing" and not into the shipping stage, I haven't heard back. I am extremely nervous that my ten year old son who saved up his own hard earned money for swindled. He paid using his "busy kid card" which is like a debit card. So the money is gone already out of his account. I want some answers or a refund. Thanks for your help! Resolution Sought Refund / answers
