Bait and switch sales practices

An internet inquiry was made regarding a 2016 Nissan Altima sl stock #p5566 an internet agent contacted me at 1048 am on may 22, 2019 to ask me when could I come into see the above listed vehicle. I informed him that I would be there today and that I was driving 2 hrs from new York city to purchase this available vehicle. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a sales agent Victor Ramirez who took me to his desk and pulled up my information he stated the car was here then he proceeded to look for the car pacing aimlessly back and forth then he finally comes to me stating the car isn't here. Then he gets a Manager Marcus whom lied stating the car was taken to the shop because it had a scratch. He then told me to hold on a moment and both Victor Ramirez and the Manager Marcus disappeared. I then saw Victor Ramirez moving cars and talking to his fellow associates and I asked him what's going on and he stated he thought we were three in a nasty tone. My experience at Atlantic city Nissan dealership was horrible. Especially since I'd driven 2 hours to get there and to receive such unprofessional customer service They both conducted themselves in an unprofessional manner. Respect and honesty go along way. That was no way to treat a customer. I would like for them to be reprimanded and to be given an apology and for that bait and switch sales practices to stop. Because the car sells itself you don't have to draw customers in under false pretenses.
