Customer Complaint

I found that the Nissan dealership of Bayshore is a dishonest dealer for several reasons: 1) They did not have the Nissan Altima in silver as promised. 2) They did not honor the Nissan Altima fourth of July sale special as promised. 3)They did not honor the 20 over book valve for my trades as promised. 4) They did not pay the remaining bank loan on the 2016 Nissan Sentra as promised. 5) My first trade was: 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. Book Value $10,000. 6 ) My second trade was: 1995 Nissan pickup King Cab 4x4. Book value $1,500. 7) The sticker price of the 2022 Nissan Altima SV is $27,825. On the lease agreement they wrote: $37,876.69. 8) They wrote the wrong information on my truck. It's a 1995 not a 2005 as you stated, and no mileage was listed. 9) I contacted several other dealers about this lease agreement. They all confirmed that this lease was not written write and they agree I paid too much for this vehicle, and they also agree that you should have honored your promises. 10) I pleaded with Daniel Duncan and his financial team to keep the promises listed above and to correct the lease agreement that was not right. 11)My request was declined three times. 12) I spent 5 hours at the dealership on July 4, 2022 with no compensation for my time. 13) I also paid $5,000 dollars down payment. I want the 20 over book value on my trades, and the 5,000down payment back. I will then take these proceeds and pay the bank loan myself of $8,618.58, on the old 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. Resolution Sought They should honor their promises given the 20 over book Value . 2016 Nissan Sentra SV Book Valve $10,000 X 20 = 12,000. 1995 Nissan pickup King Cab 4x4 book value $1,500 X 20 = 1,800, $5,000 down payment I made,. balance of Loan on the Old 2016 Senta: $ 8,618.88, Bayshore Nissan Owes me.$10,181. For my trades.

Please be advised that the leadership team at Bay Shore Nissan have reviewed this complaint carefully and concluded the following: Mr. Baden's transaction was negotiated and agreed to before the preparation of paperwork for the financing and sale of the vehicle. All relevant terms – including the value and condition of any trade-in vehicle, are also part of that conversation. In this case, I enclose copy of the payoff check copy for the trade-in vehicle in question. We do appreciate Mr. Baden's business and apologize for any misunderstanding.

Customer Rebuttal

The lease agreement written on July 4, 2022 was brought to three dealerships to be examined. This is what they said "It is the responsibility of Nissan the Dealership of Bayshore through customer satisfaction to obtain the vehicle the customer wants." "This customer should have received the 20% over book value for his two trades." "This customer should have been given the option to have a Side-by-side comparison between the lease price and the purchase price." "According to the customer the July 4, 2022, the sale price was not disclosed at the time of purchase." "In the lease agreement there were too many discrepancies to go over to it line-by-line.Because of the discrepancies the lease agreement price did not match the vehicle that the customer was driving." "The Nissan Dealership should have rewritten this lease agreement." "According to the customer the request to have this lease agreement corrected was declined by your personnel several times." "On the Lease Agreement there was no mileage listed on the customers Nissan Pickup trade." "According to the customer you had the certificate of the title in hand and yet wrote the wrong year on his truck."
