My 2015 Nissan Altima stop pulling then the car shut down I had it towed to them he told me it was the transmission I was told I needed a new one car only have 96000 miles on it so I told them to put one in the day he told m it was ready I picked it up 5 to 20 min later my did the same thing when I first brung it in I called them the service manager Warren had me call a towing company they use to have them tow it back in to them while waiting I went into a nearby by store came out tried my up to see will it ran and it did I drove it back to the Nissan dealership who put the transmission in and he said there going to look at it he did said everything was fine I drove off about a week or to later it did it again they towed it back in same story they couldn't find anything all in all my car put me on the side of the road about five times they've towed it in about 3 or four times this final time my brother spoke to them for me I'm handicapped and my car is one of main transportation to the Doctors they finally drove it like I asked them to do and it quit on them and he calls me back the service manager Warren and told me it was the Alternator I caught hell getting them to put it on then they charged me $900 dollars for that so I told him if that was the problem it wasn't the transmission after all he was like oh no it throwed an transmission code and they wouldn't give my money back for the transmission it's more to this horror story its been3 or 4 months of this ???? Resolution Sought Refund my money back that I was robbed of or partial of or something or what ever you all can do for me help!!!!
