In the Year 2021, I acquired a semi-new truck "Nissan Rogue 2019" with 17 thousand miles. At Dealer Nissan 11000 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345. I have been paying for 1 year. The truck began to present faults (it does not turn on) I take it to the Dealer Nissan and they check it and they tell me that it is the battery, the person who attended me tells me it will be $450.00 USD, because the battery that the truck had was provisional and it was not the original of the truck, and then, I dial the Dealer to explain my situation and they tell me "those are the risks you run when you buy pre-owned vehicles" and the guarantees are in force, because they are going to charge me, and they tell me if you don't have the Original battery I have to charge you, but where do I get it from, if they sold it to me like that, in the end we had to pay. In the month of January 2023, my husband and I decided to refinance my vehicle, and when I want to deliver the "Nissan Rogué" they tell me that they cannot take the vehicle, which they themselves sold me, because it is a vehicle that was crashed, and has a report that an airbag exploded, when I made the purchase of my vehicle I was never notified that it was an auction vehicle. Dealer Nissan only offers me to continue paying for the truck and they are not responsible for the problem they have sold me, I requested the car fax sheet "they did not give it to me" and they tell me that now there is a new manager and staff and that they cannot Resolution Sought That they refund my money and give them the vehicle that they have sold me.
