I purchased a vehicle from them and the next day my vehicle had problems I have receipts. I wanted to trade it out for another car which I thought would have been my best bet. Mangment claim they did the inspection and Maintenance work that need to be done to the vehicle before putting it on the lot for buy. I paid for a brand new oil change, had to purchase antifreeze cause my truck started running hot the next day. I been back and forth to nissan since I had the vehicle spending hours for them to do some services to not do no service and send me right back out. I just feel this truck isn't reliable for my disabled mother and young son. I've always been the one to depend on and for nissan of Richmond to sale me this truck I don't feel like the dependable person. Resolution Sought Trade this truck back in remove it off my credit and start over with another vehicle. Probably from another dealership

On March 27. 2022, I went to Nissan of Richmond what they had similar to my 2009 Hyundai Accent but new. All they had was a 2022 Nissan Kicks in electric blue. I called my wife and she was not happy with that color. I told this to the salesperson, Preston Harris, a few minutes later he got a call from someone who told him to tell me about a 2022 Nissan Kicks that had only 139 miles on it that was returned for some reason. The salesperson wrote on a piece of paper that I did not get, that the price would be $21,000+ but less then $22,000. I needed to go home to get the title to the accent, but the salesperson had to go with me for some reason. After getting back, I needed to meet with the finance department to sign multitude of papers. The only thing that I was shown was how much my monthly payments would be with $5000 down, $2000 for my car, payments would be $358 a month with an extended warrant. All of this process of finding a car and financing took over two hours plus. I was worn out after this, failing to look at the numbers, just signing my name numerous times. The next day I reviewing my papers, the price of the car became $27,528.52 plus taxes and processing fee. I spoke to the finance person, Phil and he told me that the dealership has a fee now because there is a shortage of cars. I was not told about this before I bought the car. I call this price gouging. I will honor my responsibility, but I think Nissan of Richmond should do something about the big difference. Resolution Sought I would that the dealer to give me a refund on the original quoted price and the price charged before processing fee and taxes
