I bought 2021 Dodge Ram truck I been lied to that the truck never been in accidents And I find out truck been in miner damage as well as Ac selling so bad (urine smell) Also truck got alt of dents all around the truck Sales man said that truck got second key and that was lie There was noise Coming out of the truck sometimes Salesman never told me about the truck I figure out the truck e Torque Not the regular Dodge a lot of information been hidden just To complete the cell a lot of flies I send the truck back to the dealership stay for one week nothing happened. They still playing around and they don't wanna do the fix for the truck. Resolution Sought Fix the truck in dodge dealership in my area and pay for all the expenses that they lie about

I purchased a vehicle from them and the next day my vehicle had problems I have receipts. I wanted to trade it out for another car which I thought would have been my best bet. Mangment claim they did the inspection and Maintenance work that need to be done to the vehicle before putting it on the lot for buy. I paid for a brand new oil change, had to purchase antifreeze cause my truck started running hot the next day. I been back and forth to nissan since I had the vehicle spending hours for them to do some services to not do no service and send me right back out. I just feel this truck isn't reliable for my disabled mother and young son. I've always been the one to depend on and for nissan of Richmond to sale me this truck I don't feel like the dependable person. Resolution Sought Trade this truck back in remove it off my credit and start over with another vehicle. Probably from another dealership
