I have a thousand and seven dollars left on a 2006 ford expedition truck that the transmission have went out in and Mr. Anderson that owns Njorge auto sales is telling me that I'm the owner of the truck because he doesn't want to fix the truck. I told Eric the car salesman that the transmission was bad and he told me that he put another one in so about three days later I took the truck back and told him that the transmission was bad and him and the mechanic said to just drive it until they see what they could do about it.so I drove it until it stopped and now that it stopped they don't want to fix it. I done went and bought a transmission myself for 550.00, paid a wrecker 100.00 for pulling it to a shop and paying 500.00 to have it installed, so I would like for them to give me my title to my truck because I shouldn't have to pay them and get their truck fix as well Resolution Sought I would like for the to give me my title because I've spent over the thousand and seven dollars that I have left to pay on the truck.
