rating this garage is not even an option unless there is a zero marking. The garage has been stressing me out for the past 90 days. This garage has had my car since 09/06/23, and I didn't get my car back until 11-02/2023. I was dealing with Fernando from this garage. My car was towed there on 09/06/2023 for body work due to an accident. This garage kept my car for 90 days. My insurance only paid the rental for a full month, this garage is refusing to reimburse me the rental money for the two months. This garage first cashed out both checks that insurance sent to myself and the garage that required both signatures to endorse the check, and this garage went alone and chased out the checks without my signature. I have filed multiple complaints with the state against the garage . I will be filing a police report, and small claims in regards to the rental money. For the past weeks this garage has been making me drive about an hour and 20 minutes saying he will give me the rental money in vain. Nothing has been done. yesterday this Fernando guy gave a fake check to my cousin. When I went to the citizen bank to cash out the check I was told they are not able to cash the check. I will need to reach out to the maker of the check. Now he is saying that he zelle the money, and this garage been telling me that the past two months , i have been late paying my mortgage because enterprises kept on taking money from my account my account went overdraft i took screenshot and sent to this Resolution Sought To refund the rental money, and why this garage cashed out the insurance claim checks without my signature when it was require to have both signatures for the check to be endorsed.

Company states: This woman she's crazy and jealousy. That's what she tried to make me look Bad. That She got paid for rental. All this stuff was supposed to do.
