After being parked couple days in the same spot in limited parking area in townhouse community my vehicle was intentionally targeted. My license plate decal (2022) of the current year was removed which was later penalized $100.00 with a "boot" on my tire on my vehicle. This is an extremely unprofessional company based on the flyer on my vehicle left behind which was written in black sharpie marker & pen and unorthodox website associated. Stated on the flyer to remove the boot they threatened its is crime and claimed to have my personal information & vin number of my vehicle.Therefor, the only other recorse was to pay $100.00 charge and wait without assurance for it to be removed. It was paid yesterday but boot still currently on my vehicle. Of course this was only discovered late Friday afternoon after everything conveniently closed but not the two days prior of parking in the same spot so no one could be contacted in person in company the entire weekend. Same with the community "Shoma HOA" who contracted them out in the community. They are closed with part-time hours too. The local Royal Palm Beach police department arrived and confirmed my vehicle registration is current within thier state of Florida records but company fined me anyways without access to that information. Although payment against my better judgment was made and was force to pay the boot still remains currently on my vehicle. Reported situation to cops and this is my case # for reference purposes #220881 Resolution Sought Refunded amount of charge $100.00, investigation into the business practices and following up on similar complaints.
