This was the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have had other experiences with other company's for towing but by far this was the worst company I have ever dealt with. My car was towed by this company. Called them to ask information about my car the person on the phone was really rude and sarcastic and happy that my car had been taken he was verbally asultive towards me and also told me that I was whining I told him that was very disrespectful from his part to call me like that he was sarcastic when I was explaining my issue. I am not the only one that has had issues with them they have really low rating in google and many people have complaints on there reviews of there service. I really think someone needs to look into this company because it's not right to get verbally abused just for calling and asking your right to know about your car. It is there job to be able to be professional and courteous and respond in a manner were as a client you don't feel your integrity is being belittled. Be respectful towards clients. Explain to them there options and not verbally abuse clients by giving them there opinion that they have like saying "your winning" when all your doing is trying to find out your options. Stop trying to be sarcastic and questioning people's (clients) scenarios.
