I purchased the Nokia 400g 5g on Aug 10th. It arrived on Aug. 14. I got it hooked up on Aug 15. On Aug 17 I tried to take a picture of my son and my camera would close the application every time I pushed the photo button. I thought maybe it was just a glitch. Aug 18 my whole screen went black and I had to power cycle it to get it to work. I contacted Nokia. They said to turn the phone off and leave it off for a few minutes then turn it back on. I did that and it worked ok. On Aug 19 I noticed that my screen was purple with white lines running through it. I had to power cycle it again and got it back to the original screen. I contacted Nokia again. They said I could return the phone. So I started the return process. I was told by the Nokia representative that I would be emailed a return label. I waited and nothing. I contacted Nokia again and they said it was an internal issue with in their system and it could now take 12-24 hours to receive one. I never received one. On the Aug 23, I contacted Nokia again and they said it was an issue with the USPS and that they would contact me when the issue was resolved. All I have received is a generic email saying i am in a cue and the would get back to me. The phone randomly shuts off now. I had to purchase a different one so I would have a working phone. This is week 3 and still no return label. I was told I had 30 days to return the phone. 30 days will be on the Sept 10. Resolution Sought Help me get back my 225.00 and a return label to return the phone.
