The property owner issued me a quit tenancy notice because I asked for basic repairs to be done that should have been done before move in. I was told that the issues would be addressed, put in repeated work order requests and this is the result. I am considered a problem tenant because they do not wish to do repairs. they have done some things only because i pushed until they did , but now they want me gone. Every tenant in this building has the same issue with them. Dripping faucets, mold in carpets and walls, problem with boiler, etc. Resolution Sought Allow me to stay until I find new housing.
