Horrible customer service plus after being told to pay one amount my internet was cut off due to a "late fee" that was said it had been removed the company still doubled down saying I needed to pay to get my services reconnected. They have been unhelpful when it comes to issues that I'm currently having with the internet and it took me 1 month to finally get them to agree to allow me to change modems all and all they seem to be more focused on collecting the money more than actually servicing their customers. I've been with them for over a year now and this last month since June until today has been the worst experience I've ever had with them I even had one employee give me a tracking number for a package that had been delivered saying it was out for delivery and it was the wrong item I had requested and immediately closed the chat Resolution Sought Not really looking for compensation if I could get a month or 2 free in service that would make up for the unsatisfactory service and customer support that they offered me
