I am reaching out to see if you can look into a company called NOMO Pest Solutions. They solicited my neighborhood a couple of weeks ago, including my residence. I did not sign up with that company and did not authorize a service. They came onto my property without my permission and did a service anyway, and are now sending me invoices for $99 and threatening collections. They are telling me I did not cancel the service prior to the service so I have to pay. But I never authorized the service. I sent the sales person a text message when I was alerted via my home security cameras that a NOMO van was at my house and a worker on my back porch. I advised him to let his worker know to leave immediately. I sent an email to the company letting them know they are not allowed on my property. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I read up on the company online and there are several reviews stating they are a scam company. I have worked very hard in my life and have excellent credit and for a scam company to be threatening collections on an account I never set up or authorized, and coming onto my property without my consent is extremely disturbing. I have back up of the text and email. Please, I need help and I don't want this happening to anyone else. Resolution Sought I want them to delete the "account" I never created, "forgive" the $99 I never authorized and leave me alone. They are predatory and this should not be allowed.
