I signed up for a ten dollar, one week trial with this company and decided against it. I contacted them within the time limit, was told that the account was closed and that auto renew was turned off. They did not do either despite their message saying they had done so. Their only response has been that there is nothing they can do, but "good news, I am a member until September 28." This is completely unsatisfactory and given the fact that the verbiage they send is IDENTICAL I suspect they simply send automated responses with different names attached. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund the charges for the membership (189) and the premium package. I have no interest in complimentary vouchers extending my time with them.(the only thing they offered).
