Customer Complaint

These people called us at 5:30 AM on 02/23/22 (a 40-mile round trip outside of normal business hours) to repair the refrigeration equipment at a Walmart store in Carbondale, Illinois. We questioned them about this as we are aware Walmart has their own service technicians, but they insisted the need was real. Upon arrival at the site, we checked in with Noontide Service as required and they told us the order was cancelled. We told them they would be responsible for travel charges only, and they would be getting a bill for that. We have emailed and called multiple times about this matter, and we are told someone from their accounting department would contact us, but we never got a return call or payment. Resolution Sought Payment of the $90 travel charges for this service.
