I ordered a facial device with skincare items from Nordstrom a few days ago for $199.00. When the kit arrived yesterday, I was shocked to find that it contained no products related to the kit. Instead, I discovered sticky, smelly, molded products from a different line, coated with a dangerous film. Upon touching them, my hands started swelling and turned very red. I immediately called Nordstrom and spoke to Joe from the beauty department. Despite explaining my physical disabilities and the difficulty of emailing, he insisted they could only communicate via email and offered no immediate assistance. Now, I'm left with dangerous products covered in mold and toxins in my garage, feeling angry, scared, and bewildered as to why Nordstrom would sell fraudulent and unsafe products, charging customers hundreds of dollars for something that could potentially land me in the hospital. Resolution Sought Give me my money back and damages for the cost of my prescription, doctors visit, pain and suffering and emotional distress

The seller is refusing to refund me for the item I sent back. Their response was that their warehouse didn't specify or note it down once they received it, so due to them not doing their job and making a mistake, they are choosing to not refund my order amount back after returning it to them. Tracking #: 771914610136 Fedex. RMA: CR1879FF1DEA83434764. Resolution Sought refund amount due back of full amount paid for $106.67
