I purchased a pair of shoes online and fedex left shoes in front of my apartment door.In which I live on 29th fl with 25 apartments on floor I have had deliveries from fedex before in which if I wasn't home I would have to pick package up from drop box or FedEx without me asking but Nordstrom refuses to rediliver another or issue a refund I did receive a credit of $5.45 for the gift wrapping I had paid to have package gift wrapped I feel I should have to pay for fedex mistake if anybody should be responsible it should be fedex…My order # is 455906395 Resolution Sought I would like for my package to be replaced or refunded
