I bought a home and was told the tankless hot water heater was under warranty. I looked up Noritz warranties online and they stated warranty good for x amount of years to the owner and I became the owner. It did not state to original owner. Well after a year in my house the heater failed and I called Noritz and they confirmed it was under warranty but they said I didn't buy it so they were not going to fix it. I pointed out there warranty states to the owner which iam the owner but they refused to fix it.? Resolution Sought Fix or replace faulty water heater
