Customer Complaint

I leased a piece of equipment from this company and it was returned timely. They are now trying to bill me for $920 saying they did not receive this equipment. The business that I owned was shut down 8/23/2023. They are harassing me and calling me constantly and sending emails. I have tried multiple times to explain the situation and I hey continue to harass me. Resolution Sought Mark the bill as paid and stop trying to get more money from me.

Customer Complaint

We had a customer make a 700 dollar purchase. Also sales tax was added. The total charge to her card was 731.64. North America Bancard will not release the funds to our account, neither will they do a change back. It has been almost four weeks. We have called several times, and emailed to try and resolve this matter, with no response. We have send North America Bancard every document they have requested. Resolution Sought I would like them to release the funds owed to us and close our account.
