DO NOT do business with this company

I paid for a years warranty protection. When I called 5 months into my warranty they could not find anyone to do the repairs though they "tried" for 2 weeks! I was then promised a full refund since they had not been able to provide service, and after weeks and weeks of promises for a refund, they became mean and said with prorates and other false charges there would be no refund. I filed a complaint with BBB to which they did not respond--shows how they care for their customers! The BBB gives them an "F" rating and I concure with this rating! They are criminals in my eyes!

Good Warranty

My husband and I bought a new home and the seller paid for the first year home warranty from North American and we called them last week to come out to check our AC. It was about 95 degrees outside here, and the temperature in the house was unbearable without the AC on, they sent someone out the next day to find out the problem and it was the fan motor that stopped working. The technician had a new motor with him ont he truck and was able to replace the part on the spot, I was pretty surprised how fast they had it back up and running, from the time we call them until the time they fixed it wasn't barely even 24 hours, pretty good if you ask me, so we will probly be renewing the plan with them when it runs out. by the way the lady we spoke with on the phone we we first called, Maryanne, she was great and walked us through the process and answered all of are questions I like that they have real sounding people there not robots like other kinds of places you call for anything like this. Anyway overall very good warranty, would recommend to my friends.
