The worst exp ever. My car is ruined because of the owner.
Brought vehicle in for oil change in oct 2019 purchased though Groupon. Was informed I had oil leave top of engine needed to be fixed charged me $800. Dec 24 2019 checked oil was bone dry. Called owner was instructed to bring vehicle in. After Everett Gonzalez's free estimate ($800 repairs what part of that is free?) he quoted $2000 fix I declined, supersedes car value . Gonzalez called back stating he was doing me a favor by dropping it to $600 with $300 to be paid over 3 mos he would fix EVERYTHING. 1 mo later nothing done on vehicle. 2 weeks into I paid $600 for parts. After threatening to file a claim with BAR after he again did not finish my vehicle. I went back next day and my car was gutted engine, tranny, exhaust, tires wheels brakes EVERYTHING. My car is no longer driveable.
