North Broadway Auto Sales, Inc. complaints

On September 6 of 2024 I went to North Broadway auto sales in Lexington Kentucky and unfortunately purchased a BMW from them. Since then let's note that today is September 11, 2024 the vehicle most likely needs a timing chain, and has been scanned by professional scanners and code readers, the salesman told me flat out know he wasn't giving me my money back. He told me no he was not trading the vehicle for another. He told me flat out know that he was not going to pay for it. I have all Of our conversations recorded between him and I I have filed a complaint with the Kentucky attorneys generals office they haven't reached out to me. I just done that on September 10, 2024. It's just a hot mess the code that ran that said that it was a camshaft sensor when I took it to O'Reillys the main salesman convinced me that if that was the truth that the car wouldn't even start so given the fact that the car started and ran, made me believe that he was telling the truth and that the vehicle had nothing wrong with it, it's insane how people can continue to sell lemons there's no repercussion for it but I'm not that customer who's gonna let this go yes I will continue to pay my payments and pay my vehicle off, but I will never return to North Broadway auto sales. This was my first time ever going to buy here pay here lot , I go to an actual dealership where I'm done good but here we are most likely $10,000 in debt just to drive a vehicle not including what I owe on the vehicle. Resolution Sought I would like for North Broadway auto sales to fix the motor issues that it has and the recall that it has and everything else I would prefer them be honest if they are not willing to fix the vehicle I would like any and every money that I've spent from September 6 until whatever I want every penny back if they do not plan to fix the vehicle or I would consider putting another vehicle that actually is worth having without having to put additional money down.

I had got a 2008 Mercury 2 weeks ago off North Broadway auto sales in lexington ky lot which they had told me it wasn't any problems going on no lights and in great condition but when i finally paid 1800 for it to b taken off the lot when i had rolled the window down or up the radio would blink on and off , a red abs light would pop on and off, the engine light came on and it said service rsc now. when it rained the water was leaking into the fabric all over my ceiling so i took it to the mechanic and he said it was all electrical going on with it but they tried to say it was just the battery and that i had to pay for it plus my payments that they put for every week when it was suppose to be every other week which i had paid the taxes the next week that they had split up, still to be paid every week. They didnt want to do anything when i asked about any problems i had but was very friendly when they wanted to take my money. I took the truck back and they said they not giving me any of my money back because i had to fix whatever going on with the truck and i haven't had it for not even a month. Please help me! Resolution Sought I just want my refund of 1800 back or at least half of it since i didnt keep the truck for the safety of me and my kids. They can keep the one payment i made on it but the down payment i would like back.

Ofcourse they would say nothing was wrong with the f****** car selling people lemons! I have pictures and videos of what the car was doing but its all good people know about them and actually been knew about them but s*** that was my dumb fault but f*** them they going down regardless of what they talking about they barely get business (as is ) lol you dont do dirt to people and expect to stay in business! Theyll reap what they sow i got something better so they can steal the money its fine but they name is bad and been bad in everybodys books! And if anyone ask me its deffenantly going to get worse! ;)
