I'm sorry for disturbing you at this moment I have some questions, I'd like to know where and how do I go in your dept. and asking you on your legal staff prosecutor's office investigating team to look into a matter that's going on in Bedford Heights at this time. I feel that is a con and a negligence of them taking advantage of innocent people that's working hard & thinking that you're getting a deal, you're not, the place is Bedford Heights North Coast Auto. I recently had purchased a car from them & I keep having status with them when it comes to your banking acct & your money first they're ruining the credit and then they turn around and running credit more than two or three times that is unnecessary you're using a phone finance company to process and put everything through but when it comes to the payment they're very nasty rude disrespectful they don't respect other people individuals they take advantage of your money and going in and out of your bank account without really your authorization they recently just took advantage of me and I'm paid them their money they come back with them before the weeks of time is up to pay and demanding payment again I paid these people on December 10th December 23rd and December 28th and as of the day it will be January 6th they demanding me to pay them again now they're getting their money and there'll be tending like they never got paid and there's late payments their contracts o Resolution Sought I would like my money to be returned to me and also for me to be able to keep the purchase they took advantage of me out and l would like to be able to go to court and sue them for damages you would have caused a major accident with a child's life involved and endangerment and like you one of your attorneys or your department to handle it.
