Took my 2019 Ford F-150 for a recall on the cam phaser's, during the repair work I mentioned the fan motor was running excessively high and loud. They said the water pump was leaking and replaced it with a 2 year warranty. The fan motor starting making the same noise so I booked an appointment, they never looked at the truck the first day neglected to call so I went in and said they would look into the following day. When I picked up the truck it was still making the noise and the service manager said it was normal, it wasn't normal the first time and stated they weren't going to look into any further, I made a complaint to the service manager but he declined to help, as of now the issue isn't resolved and the dealership is refusing to acknowledge or help, horrendously bad attitude. Resolution Sought They need to acknowledge this is not normal and look into the matter more diligently.
