I went to this shop December 23, 2023. To get a $3.300 audio system in my Toyota Camry 2016 car. When I went in there I told the young man there that I wanted the loudest system and the best that they had to put in my car so my system wouldn't blow out when I turned it up. They gave me a price and I agreed. I picked up my car 5 hours later and left. About 3 weeks later after 12/23/23 my system blew out. I called them and they told me they would "fix it" they did and so my system blew out again a month after. I have not had my audio system for more than 3 months and it has given out twice. I got my car checked out somewhere else. And they showed me all the damage north county had done to my car. When I called north county they said they would fix it, or that they can give me $1,500.00 I said no I would want all my money back bc this is not safe or professional. They gave me the owners number saying his name was Alex. But Alex ignored my call and text messages. A shop they have in Vista CA called me trying convince me to fix it. But I don't feel comfortable or safe around any of them or there work. Resolution Sought I would like for this business to return what I payed for plus what I will have to pay for fixing the damages they did. I have proof in text and audio of our conversations with this company . As well as the calls and text messages trying to reach the owner.
