I have first went and bought this car back in May of 2020 well I had got the car the car was running fine for the first 6 months after the 6 months was up of it running fine my car started shutting off on me every time I slow down or came to a stop at the stop sign or a red light so I'll call North lake bargain center and I'm letting them know what's wrong with issue with car or whatever and my car has been through four different car lots and a mechanic of my own and they still cannot tell me what's wrong with my car well I asked them can I switch out my car since nobody knows what's wrong with it and they tell me no so I'm like okay well can I use the owner's car someone has it they say that's what they told me so unfortunately I had to call back up there because it kept doing the same thing and then it got to the point to where it doesn't want to start so I called northlake bargain center again tell them what's going on or whatever what not and they still don't know what's wrong with my car well on the other note is they still want me to pay $200 every 2 weeks and plus put insurance on my car which I did have insurance on my car but once my car started shutting off for no reason and we couldn't find the problem I canceled my insurance because I cannot drive my car so if someone please could please someone call me back at 615-648-0550 this business is very horrible they want to stand there and argue with you instead of helping you and I'm over it like!!! Resolution Sought I would like the company or the business to either let me trade out cars or they give me all of my money back since the 6 months of 2020 because this is crazy I have kids under the age of 7 and I cannot rely on that business to get me where I need to go but they still want my money that's not right so yes I want them to either trade me cars or give me my money back for all the times I've done paid since this car has been f***** up!!!!

* Sold car 5/5/21 to Complainant - $1400.00 Down Payment Over 9 Months go by * 2/24/22 Customer called said she was having issues (car dies) * around 3/3/22 car was driven to our Hendersonville location and our mechanic diagnosed "bad new fuel pump" Fuel pump in car looked new and after questioning customer she had indicated her boyfriend had installed. Other items were replaced by us as well , Intake gasket and hose and labor to R&R the fuel pump *around 3/11/22 car was deemed repaired customer picked up her car made payment arrangement for her to pay for the repairs completed by us *around 3/15/22 customer calls saying car "doing same thing as before " with regards to (car dies) Wayne (owner) suggested sending to an outside shop for a second set of eyes and opinion , car was sent to Smartt Auto in Gallatin * 3/23/22 work was completed by Smartt Auto , they replaced coolant temp sensor tech stated he drove and ran car for 2 days and no issues (car did not die) deemed repaired 3/23/22 customer picked up car *3/24/22 customer returned to us with car to have a hose replaced by us *3/25/22 customer complaining car ot fixed(still dying) takes back to smartt auto they kept for several days , said car never showed signs of dying or acting up and can find nothing wrong at this time. *4/30/22 Several payment arrangements were made with customer to get account caught up , customer never followed thru, she stated she wasn't going to pay anymore for a car that didn't run although per our GPS her Car was moving up and down the road daily. She told the Accounts Manager she was ready to set it a fire and informed Accounts Manager she had not renewed Insurance Policy and had cancelled it *5/2/22 Insurance required letter was sent to customer *5/9/22 Final late letter was sent and Insurance required letter was sent to customer *5/9/22 Customer filed complaint with BBB , They informed us and customer the complaint was beyond their scope and was not being treated as a complaint with BBB *5/9/22 Customer filed a complaint with Business Consumer Alliance *5/10/22 Vehicle was Repossessed for Past Due Account Balance of $296.00 and No Insurance in force
