I just recently bought a certified pre owned 2018 Nissan Maxima on July 12th 2021. Upon test driving the vehicle I complained to the sales rep about a noise coming from the front end. He explained it was only rust from the breaks. I brought the car back since that day approximately 6 times for the same issue. Each time I received the same as the 1st nose results. They changed the breaks and the rowters, but the problem still exists. The car only has 3'684 miles on. Can you please help me out with this matter. And the overall service was terrible on both sides, the sales as well as the repair shop. Resolution Sought Have them either repair my vehicle properly or upgrade my vehicle without any change in payment status.

This Daniel Harden the service manager at Nissan of north plainfield. The customer Mr. Cummings has been contacted to correct his vehicle issue. He has an appointment on 10/27/21 at 930am. I will follow up with you after the vehicle is inspected.
