12/1/2021 Cookie cutter fence company!! No attention to detail, quality, or pride. You are on your own! What we received is a mess.. boards not flush, cuts too short believe from other jobs. Fence slopes on back side per Stacy (NTFD) our fault we didn't ask for a fix..why would they not ask questions dip was obvious ?? Hardware attached to gates, top is partially covered by trim , gates are not worth the nails and hardware it took to hang them ugly screws and nails showing short cuts, cheapest of the cheap hardware (insult) large gate handle has overkill on opening you could put your hand through hole created for handle with the handle on it. We were taken. The back fence needs to be raised a couple of inches fence is sloped on one end.. Suppose to be professionals..Stacy has time to meet but not check out crews work (crew was a bad joke bestowed on us)! I called them the end of the next day - Stacy said; give me a day and time so we can meet and discuss...no you have pictures that show what wasn't done or the blatant disrespect for our property, no song and dance about how busy you are it's obvious you have more business than you can deliver. Ripped off their work is despicable!! Resolution Sought At least adjust fence in the corner at back so back line is straight and not sloppy should have been addressed by professional Mike McGuiness at bid..

Company states: We received an approval from her husband, and now her husband doesn't want anything to do with it. The day my company met with her husband, she refused to meet with them. The customer's fence was sloped before we replaced it. We can't make a fence higher than what the grade level is, that is against code. The fence can only be from grade level. We would like to meet with the customer and her husband together to ask them to explain their request and we will address their questions accordingly. If the customer doesn't want to me with our staff, then we don't know how we can assist her.
