Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My fiancee was going to Nebraska to see his dying father when a tire blew. Northeast Auto picked up my vehicle. I got ahold of them October 13th and had to call back next day. I talked to a lady explained situation and asked if they could work a deal or if I could pay off balance and they work with me till I get down there to try and pick it up because I was working everyday all month. Never got a phone call back. I finally got a phone call back November 1st. I called back on Nov 4th and talked with a Mike Zarybnicky who told me owner didn't like to deal with these things and that he handles it for him. They said they were interested in car but wanted to make sure it starts. I explained I had a loan and they stated they would pay off if interested and asked me to send key to guys house so it didn't get lost. They reached out to my title loan company and tried to get title from them without even offering to pay or anything. When questioned about it they said the title loan company may want to keep the car they were waiting to hear. I called title company told them situation they called and the people don't want to pay anything towards loan was just trying to get title as I just abandoned my car. No one has been in contact since. Basically I'm out of a vehicle because they were trying to swindle me and now I can afford how high the payment is. Definitely unethical business! I can provide call logs and text messages, personal address, and phone number of who I deal with. Resolution Sought Give me my car considering they never returned my calls until weeks later acting interested and having me send keys then calling title loan and trying to get them to hand over title and never asked about balance. They were just trying to swipe my car out from under me and make some money without doing their part in what they said. I have never had a company completely try and take advantage of me Luke they have. I'm now paying on a loan to a car I can't afford to get out because bill is high.
