We had spoken with a staff member of SD 1 over a disconnect notice and was told that we could pay the whole bill on May 7th and that our water would not be disconnected we woke up on May first and they shut it off any way Resolution Sought I would like the business to restart our services and accept payment on may 7th like originally planed

Last month Northern ky water district returned my payment to my bank with no explanation as to why and then added on a late fee with a letter telling me a shut off date for my water. I called and the late fee was waved and I said I would send a personal check. The check took a long time to get there so in the mean time I'm sent another bill with a late fee and a shut off date. I go and pay the bill in-person with cash and a few days later my check arrives and they call me to ask if I would like the check returned or credit to my account. I get my water bill today and my water bill was doubled ironically. I think they are running a scam because this happened to two other people on my street how for some reason there bills did not get paid when they were on auto pay and again charged a late fee and a shut off notice. I would like them investigated I am an honest person and I expect honesty in the businesses I deal with. My bill ironically went up to exactly what I normally pay each month. Coincidence I don't think so Resolution Sought For this to be looked into further and my meter reread and the correction to be made on my bill. They also damaged my credit rating by not accepting payment the first time it was sent to them and when I called nobody knew why. I want an apology. The account is under zhimin xu.
