My complaint is about the staff service, quality in their products and how the location is looks.

My complaint is about the staff service, quality in their products and how the location is looks. Staff service: I have never seen staff scream to a senior handicap person entering to the restroom in this case was my mother she had permission to enter the restroom inside the store when two employees scream at her scaring her that she could not used that restroom after making complaint the manager instead of making an apology he defend his employees the manager him self was rude unprofessional and to be honest the way he dress dirty shirt wrinkle not even close to representing a manager and most employees had really bad attitude when u ask for assistance. Quality: the produce they sell looks horrible, old with flies around the vegetables and I shop at least 6 times a week around 11am produce are always empty or wit the old vegetables sitting there for days. Location: the location is dirty and when you enter I saw flies where they put the sweet bread when you enter the meat department smells disgusting and fruit is old not fresh at all meat. I would like for the company to check in detail how the business is working and make their chain of north gate market a place with workers with good attitude and specially to better handle food that is consume by us the people that shop at their locations.

I'm try to get a snack from North gate but the line is too long so I decide to leave. When I walked up to exit the security name is D..approached me if I can pull up my shirt. I told him why? He told me just pull up your shirt...and I surprise is really serious about I'm steal the merchandise...I'm very cooperate with the security..I pull up my shirt when he don't see anything under my shirt he asked me if I put it back and laughed at me...I feel he's harassing me..when I ask his name he gave me D he's name and start make fun of me....when I said I'm going to complain about the incident. He call me crazy, laughed again...he's unprofessional....I'm going to talk to my lawyer tomorrow what the best thing to do. No comment. My lawyer is the one talk to you what is the best to solve this matter so wont happing again.
