Hi I work for Instacart care. And I have a couple orders to shop for in the store one transaction made definitely was charged on my card for $118.76 On February 19 , 2024, I went to the store physically and they told me to write my card down and they never got in contact back with me. To call corporate out of someone mistakenly over charging me. They told me to call corporate and then I call and no one picks up the phone at all. It goes straight to voicemail. And all I need was the receipt for the transactions made. They also told me to write my whole card number down which was suspicious to me. So if you can please investigate that why they won't give my receipt thank you. Resolution Sought I need a receipt for all transactions made with the store.
