On 10/14/22 I went to Northwest Auto Lacey,WA. Test drove 2014 Ford focus. 10/15/22 returned to Northwest auto traded in my only vehicle plus $4000 cash and was broke down 10/17/22 and towed to my residence. On 10/18/22 tried to make come contact n got no return call on 10/19/22 went to Northwest auto spoke to business owner told him I was towing the vehicle back to his lot his response was no ur not ill have it impounded so I left and that's why I'm here today. Resolution Sought I would like a safe reliable dependable vehicle equivalent to the $5,200 I spent.

Mrs. Hylton purchased and agreed if a lower price provided. The car was sold As-Is, I'm sorry the car developed a problem. Mrs. Hylton drove the car and returned the next day if bargain on the sale.
