I bought a car October 20 and with having the car for 4 days the engine light comes on and all I smell is gas, the car is making a weird sound and as I push on the gas is not moving right. It's jumping. I went to start the car the following day and it's didn't start. The dealership told me to take it to their people to have it fixed. They had my car Oct 31- Nov. 10. Now having my car for 6 days after picking it up the light is back on having those same problems after they said they fixed it. They told me there's nothing they can do about the car I have to talk to the loan people if I don't want the car or to give it back. The loan company said they have no control over the car just the payments. Resolution Sought I would like to get my down payment back and which to have it taken off of my credit. Nor do I want the car or any other car off the lot.
