Customer Complaint

Illegally towed my vehicle at behest of ISP on 12/22/22 at 858 am. Or rather, "it was cleared" by their people at 858am. My vehicle was on the shoulder of I69 just south of i 332. I ran out of gas on the way home the previous night. ISP made contact, helped push the vehicle more off the shoulder. This was between11-12pm. I was instructed I had 25 hours to return. My vehicle was towed within 9 hours. Having never been tagged. That stretch I69, in Delaware County, was not under any travel advisory at that time. I exchanged words with the owner when attempting to retrieve my vehicle. He called me slurs. After I called him an a**hole for only accepting cash. Got in my face. And suggested he would like to fight. Resolution Sought Release my vehicle free of charge. Reimburse me for my time and emotional distress to be without vehicle in in climate weather during the holidays. And submit to thorough evaluation of their business practices at their expense.
